anveloperomania.ro presents the range of truck and industrial/OTR tyres we distribute, together with a form through which you can request a quote.

This is not an online shop. No distance sales contract is concluded through the site, no binding order is placed and no payment is processed online. Any sale is negotiated and concluded afterwards, directly between you and the company, on the basis of a written offer and the corresponding tax documents.

Prices shown on the site are indicative, quoted in Romanian lei and exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise next to the price. They do not constitute a binding offer.

The final price, stock availability, delivery time and commercial terms are confirmed solely through the written offer we send in reply to your request. We may change prices and the product range without prior notice.

Submitting the quote form creates no obligation to buy for you and no obligation to deliver for us until an order is confirmed in writing.

The technical data published here (dimensions, load and speed indices, tread depth, pressures, EU labelling) comes from the tyre manufacturers and is reproduced in good faith. Manufacturers may change it without informing us.

Product photographs are illustrative; the pattern, markings and appearance may vary by batch and by size.

Choosing the right size and type of tyre for a vehicle or machine remains the user's responsibility and must comply with the vehicle's technical documentation and with road traffic law. Free technical advice is available from us — please use it before ordering.

Products carry the commercial warranty granted by the manufacturer and the statutory guarantee of conformity. For consumers, Romanian Law no. 449/2003 and Government Emergency Ordinance no. 140/2021 on the sale of goods and associated guarantees apply.

The warranty does not cover normal wear, damage caused by incorrect fitting, wrong inflation pressure, overloading, vehicle defects, or use in conditions the tyre was not designed for.

Full warranty terms are provided together with the offer and the delivery documents.

The structure of the site, its texts, graphics, photographs and source code are protected by copyright law and belong to EURO STAR GROUP S.R.L. or its licensors.

Manufacturer trademarks shown on the site (Magna Tyres, Paxxon and others) belong to their respective owners and are used solely to identify the products we distribute.

You may read and print the content for personal use. Reproducing, distributing or commercially exploiting it without our written consent is prohibited.

You agree not to use the site in ways that could impair it: unauthorised access attempts, automated request flooding, bulk data harvesting, introducing harmful code, or sending false or abusive messages through the contact form.

We may restrict access from IP addresses that generate such behaviour.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on this site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is free of errors or omissions and we are not liable for decisions taken solely on the basis of it, without our written confirmation.

We are not liable for temporary interruptions caused by maintenance, by our hosting provider, or by events outside our control.

The site may link to third-party pages (manufacturers' websites, Google Maps, WhatsApp). We neither control nor are responsible for their content or policies.

How we handle the data you send through the quote form is described in our Privacy policy, and the storage technologies the site uses are described in our Cookie policy. Both form an integral part of these terms.

If you are a consumer and are not satisfied with our reply, you may contact the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) at anpc.ro, or use the alternative dispute resolution procedure under Government Ordinance no. 38/2015.

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes will be settled amicably where possible, failing which by the courts competent at the company's registered office, without prejudice to consumers' statutory rights.

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page, with the last-updated date shown above.
