Cookie policy
Last updated: 28 September 2026
In short: anveloperomania.ro does not track you. We use no Google Analytics, no advertising pixels and no marketing cookies. The one cookie we do set remembers which language you prefer.
1. What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file a website stores in your browser and can read back later. Similar technologies (localStorage, sessionStorage) work the same way, keeping data locally in the browser.
2. What we use
The public site sets no analytics, advertising or profiling cookies. We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Hotjar or equivalent services, and we do not build visitor profiles.
We use a single functional cookie, NEXT_LOCALE. It remembers whether you browse in Romanian or English, so you are not sent back to the default version every time. It holds only the language code (ro or en), lasts one year, and cannot be used to identify you or follow you across other sites.
Because it is strictly necessary to serve the site in the language you chose, the law does not require consent for it. That is why you will not see a cookie banner: there is nothing we need to ask you to agree to.
3. Strictly necessary storage
The catalogue administration area, reachable only by our staff with an account and password, uses the browser's local storage to keep the sign-in session. That storage appears only after signing in and does not apply to site visitors.
The server hosting the site may use technical cookies for load balancing and security. These are strictly necessary for it to work and, by law, require no consent.
4. Third-party content
The contact page shows a Google Maps map. It does not load automatically: we show a preview and it activates only if you click it. Until then, Google receives no information about you from our site.
If you choose to load the map, Google may set cookies and receive your IP address, under its own privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy). You can also view the location directly in the Google Maps app without loading the map here.
The WhatsApp, phone and e-mail buttons are plain links: they load nothing from third parties and set no cookies.
5. How to control cookies
Every browser lets you view, block or delete cookies from its privacy settings. If you delete the NEXT_LOCALE cookie, the site will open again in the default language, Romanian. Blocking strictly necessary storage may prevent the administration area from working, but does not affect browsing the public site.
You will find instructions for your browser under Settings, in the Privacy and security section.
